Hi! My name is Michelle. I just found out in Japanese that means Passion. Maybe that is why life is so exciting for me. Everything I do is with purpose and passion. I have over 25 years in the hospitality industry specifically as a server and bartender. It is in this venue where I learned to hone my innate natural talent and abilities to find out what people expect and then to "Wow" them with an experience they will never forget.
