House Sitter in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania

Overview: Hi there my name is Ray. I am looking for a long-term house sitting situation - something with a minimum of three months and maximum 6 months. I must move from my rental December 1 (owner is giving house to daughter) and cannot get a mortgage to buy home until at least February 1 (quirky regulation by the feds about my income tax filing). I am divorced recently, have 20-plus years of home ownership, 66, professional faculty, fit and very handy. I grew up in farm country and have a strong ethic of responsibility, care, and fairness. Additionally, I will take care of plants, animals, snow, and anything else that is typical for a single family home, which would be my strong preference. Ideally, I would like something in Eastern Montgomery County, PA, and would be willing to consider areas nearby. Compensation negotiable.
