Who I Am: Hello my name is ZoeAnn. I'm am a woman in my 50’s. Single. No kids. I am starting a job in August teaching at a local high school. I own a condo in Denver that I rent out so I know how important it is to find someone that will treat your home as their own. I do have a 38 pound Aussie in tow. We did AKC obedience competitions for years and he has his AKC Canine Good Citizenship Certificates Levels 1 & 2. So he is truly a well-behaved well-socialized dog. I will be taking him to agility am classes once a week and horseback riding once a week. Cats rule him, so he is good around cats. Plus, all that dog training has given me amazing skills in dog training. I used to be an attorney before becoming a teacher, and am still registered with the Colorado Bar, so you really will have a quiet, responsible person. I seriously love to clean and make things orderly, so you can rest-assured your place will be properly taken of by someone, who as a homeowner themselves, understands and appreciates your needs and concerns. I really need a place to rent, so with that said, if you want to take on an amazing tenant who can help you out while paying a decent rent (until I find a permanent place) that would be ideal. I will bring my own bed linens and even my own Dyson vacuum!!! And in the interest of full disclosure, when I find a permanent place, I’ll want to bring up my other pup (a corgi mix) and 15 year kitty.
