I'm Mark, Independent, reliable, and an honest blue collar handyman. I offer a wide range of services including pet feeding, mail collection, plant care, snow clearing, and trash & recycling. As well as additional low cost services such as lawn care & lawn maintenance. I take care of your home as if its my own. I am a bit of an organization neat freak. I charge $120.0 daily (Spring through Fall. $150 daily for winter) and am open to negotiating a deal that works for both of us. As well as offering additional services at very affordable costs. Holidays I charge an additional $50. If you have a haunted home its an additional $100 daily. Some other experience I have which may interest you. Is 3 years in lawncare & landscaping. 3 years in landscape irrigation systems. Have 2 seasons of winter work from snow shoveling, snow plowing, hand salting, etc. I have earned a Professional House Cleaner Certificate from a previous job. I am a father so picking up & cleaning after kids comes naturally. Pet owner most my life, cats and dogs. So I know the regular routine & duties for those pets.
