Hello my name is Jennifer. I'm a 60 year old Execuive Leadership coach and professional speaker. I love traveling and taking care of other's cats since my travel schedule doesn't make it easy to have pets of my own. I am both a landlord and a renter and have hired house sitters and been a house sitter so I really understand about what is helpful for you, like excellent communication, being clean and respectful, following guidelines and leaving someone's house safely in excellent condition with pets and plants happy and healthy. House sitting gives me a chance to explore new place so it's a true win win. You can leave knowing your home is in capable hands. I'm available for cat sitting and home stays. If you need work on the home while you are away, I can meet people and oversee their work, sending pics of progress. Selling your house? I can sray in the house, keep it showing ready, and not leave it vulnerable for break ins or unwanted guests. Do you winter somewhere else and prefer not to leave your home vacant? I can help. I can water your plants, pick up your mail and if there's something else you need, just ask. I was a propty manager in my 20s I know how to get things done and leave a hone owner happy. I prefer longer stays, of at least a week, up to months at a time, but may make an exception here and there. Also, I'm more.inclined towards stays in cities I'd like to visit instead of those near Asheville.
