Aloha, I'm Swedina (Sweden & China put together), and I am a retired Dental and Medical Practice Manager and retired Administrator for Wells Fargo and other Fortune 500 and 100 Corporations. I have a BS degree from UCLA in Psychobiology/ Biochemistry and an MBA degree from CSUSM. My husband is a dentist and our children are software engineers and a nurse. I have a credit score of 825 and a perfect driving record. Thus, I am educated and trustworthy. We rennovated our 3 family homes in California, thus I am familiar with home construction and maintenance, including pools, jacuzzis, and acreage. We had German Sheperds and cats, and now have 3 sheep, thus I am familiar with loving pet care. I recently moved to Hawaii and bought a home with an orchard. I added a raised-bed vegetable garden. I spent the past year repairing / rennovating this house as well, thus I am familiar with home repair and maintenance in Hawaii, including issues with wild pigs, slugs, centipedes, ants, termites, mold, rust, flooding, erosion, and power blackouts. I have a grove manager now and a renter in the rental unit on my property who is a trustworthy computer IT specialist who works remotely from home and is a handyman. Thus, I am familiar with maintaining rental properties. Also, I am now free to leave my home for extended periods to care for yours.. I needed high level housesitters myself during my own travels back and forth during my move from California to Hawaii. I saw a need for more housesitters who offer aditional and exceptional services to homeowners who have a second home here / who travel frequently, as there weren't many. I just decided to offer these services myself along the Hamakua Coast and beyond. I have a well-maintained car and can drive up to 3 travelers and 6 suitcases to and from the airport. I can maintain your home, including pool, jacuzzi, water catchment tank, propane tank, and electric pig fence. I can care for your pets, including food, water, medication, grooming, and long walks. I can care for your lawn and plants, including mowing, soil moisture monitoring, watering, fertilizing, insect and disease management, weeding, and pruning. I can take your trash and recycling to the transfer station, collect your mail and packages, do administrative work, take your vehicles in for repairs and maintenance, do additional tasks and run other errands as needed, clean your house including windows, grocery shop before you return, and pick you up from the airport.
