House Sitter in Santa Fe, New Mexico

I am a painter and sculptor. My work has been represented by several galleries in Santa Fe, most recently by Canyon Road Contemporary. Would you benefit from a regular presence on your property who could seamlessly take over the care of pets, plants, and house as you come and go? I'm a reliable, mature adult with a need for a good working studio, and I hope to create an exchange situation with someone who would appreciate consistent help. This exchange would be for either a home/studio space, or simply a day use studio. I am flexible and would expect to create terms based on your life style and needs. I have lived in Santa Fe since 1996. I've owned two homes of my own. I've taught at NM School for the Arts, The Santa Fe Opera, IAIA, and many other colleges around the country. I have worked in hospice care, I've been a paralegal, and I'm a long time cat/kitten foster through the Santa Fe Humane Society shelter. I was a live-in caretaker in Santa Fe for 4 years and will supply references. I love animals and plants, and I'm a clean freak. I've never been an addict, never been arrested. I'm available beginning June, 2024.
