House & Home by TPCS, LLC provides effective, efficient, real time, dependable in- your -home- or apartment- or condo monitoring of your property and belongings and pets by maintaining a lived-in look, providing a presence at your home during your absence, observing traffic in and out of your neighborhood, building or condo site, taking in mail and newspapers, supervising package deliveries, managing repair or utility personnel, plus plant care, pet care, errand and shopping services for you. We are a full service house sitting agency. Bonded & Insured. In addition to being your point-of-contact while you are away, we are your Personal Home Assistant. That means that we can take care of a multitude of errands and tasks for you in your absence; from picking up prescriptions, returning library books, DVDs, to picking up packages and even you, from the airport. We can supervise your cleaning staff, your gardening staff and repair personnel. We will be there to answer the door for the UPS or Fed Ex delivery. We will make sure your plants thrive and your kitchen cabinets and fridge are well stocked on your return with all your favorite foods. We will keep a close and careful watch over your home and property as a crime deterrent. We will pick up your dry cleaning and do any other errands helpful tasks required by you to maintain your home, your business affairs stateside if you are deployed, or out of the country. We make certain that on your return you step into a warm, clean welcoming ambiance. We take long term (up to one year) and short term assignments. Our skill set includes Master Gardener Certification, Veterinary Assistant Certification & Pet Sitter Certification, Pet Nursing, trained Private Investigator skills, and a Notary Public.
