House Sitter Job in Castalian Springs, Tennessee

Hello there! I am Richard, a homeowner in beautiful Castalian Springs, TN (across the street from the lake). We are in search of a reliable house sitter to stay IN OUR HOUSE FOR OUR TIME AWAY. If you enjoy pets (a playful deaf dog with separation anxiety, and 2 even-tempered cats), are trustworthy, clean, organized, and won't mind being present with the pets 24/7, then we would love to hear from you! We are offering a negotiable $99/day, and it is ESSENTIAL that one DOESN'T LEAVE THE DOG ALONE.. He cannot be left alone. Thus, the need to stay with the dog all the time (tho' you can take long walks, go to the park, etc) and stay at the house, all with the dog. Your main duties will involve feeding, playing and spending time with our pets, bringing in mail, watering the plants, managing the trash & recycling bins, doing your dishes, cleaning any mess of yours, changing litter and maybe cleaning the cats' puke, if they do. It is ESSENTIAL you are willing to stay at the house. Thank you for considering this position!
