House Sitter Job in Queens Village, New York

I am located on the border of Queens Village and Bellerose Manor. I can house sit anywhere on Long Island or the five boros. I clean, take out trash, pet sit, collect mail, etc. My rates are very reasonable at 143 per day (8-12 hour days). I clean, take out trash, pet sit, collect mail, etc. Available all week, Su-Sa 7am-12pm (and overnight stays if needed...will bring own sleeping materials for jobs where owners will be away for a while OR, can commute to location during day hours and sleep in my own residence.) Covid vaccinated. College education (BA, Literature)...spends time writing books all day and needs a day job that will fund writing ventures. Hence, house sitting seems like the perfect match. Born in the US, fluent and native English speaker who can follow directions. Experience dealing with police, fire and ambulance (in case there is an unforeseen emergency of some kind and they need to be called). Will follow COVID measurements (rapid test before coming into your residence, minimal outside contact, COVID rapid test before ending job if requested). No contagious diseases or infections. In good general health.
