House Sitter in Buffalo, New York

Hi! I'm an adjunct film professor on a fellowship to finish my film this summer. I am looking for some meaningful work to structure my extracurricular time. I have experience working with children and I am passionate about dogs and plants! I have several housesitting references available upon request! Can happily take care of mail, trash, cleaning, feeding pets, and the care of your home with attention to detail. I have worked with children and teens ages 7-19 in several capacities since 2001; as an overnight summer camp counselor of girls aged 7-11, as a summer camp arts director, as a recreational therapy guide and most recently caring for a 10 year old boy. I also am a certified Holistic Health Counselor with a focus on nutrition (which means I like to cook), and can shop and cook for kids with vegetarian or vegan needs, or with food allergies. Additionally, I love animals and have several dog sitting and care references. I currently care for a 14-year old basset hound a few months out of the year as well. I am confident that my experience, aptitude and schedule qualify me for this position with your family home!
