House Sitter in Seattle, Washington

Howdy! My name is Joshua Redmond. I'm 23 years old and have been running my own Animation Studio in Seattle for the last year and half. I currently live in a house in Sumner with a couple roommates (in order to save money) and commute to Seattle every day. Unfortunately the house we're living in is being foreclose upon and I'm looking for a cost effective way to be closer to the studio (in SODO) without the exorbitant rental costs of having my own place in/near the city. A little about me: I've been a Christian my whole life, and accordingly, I treat other people, as well as their property with respect, leaving things better than I found them, conducting myself with integrity and honesty. I am very responsible, dependable, and always follow through with my commitments. I graduated from High School a year early (age 17) with an AA from Pierce College with a 3.85 GPA. I then graduated from Vancouver Film School a year later and have been working in the film/animation industry ever since. My work has moved me around a lot, from Seattle to Vancouver, and as a result I've taken on a very light lifestyle. I can live comfortably out of my backpack and a suitcase and I pride myself in being able to pack up and move on a moments notice (almost always leaving the place better than I found it). On top of being able to take care of the basic house sitting tasks, I'm relatively handy. Growing up, my parents owned rental properties and my dad would often take me along for repairs and maintenance so I know how to use a drill, clean out P-Traps, and troubleshoot simple appliance malfunctions. With the depressing weather in Seattle, I figured there must be some snow birds around who would appreciate an spry young responsible adult to look after their house and take care of things while they're soaking up the sun.
