Hi, there! My name is Karyn, and I am a responsible, respectful, reliable, and caring homeowner with a day job. I love many different kinds of pets, and I would be happy to tend to your home - your plants, pets, mail, and light maintenance - while you're out of town. A kennel is no place for your BFF (best furry friend / beautiful favorite fern). Your dogs, cats, birds, fish, pocket pets, and reptiles offer you affection and sometimes protection. They deserve the same in return, even when you can't give it yourself. When you have to be away, you want someone you can trust to be there - keeping your home, and its non-human occupants (plants and pets) healthy and happy. I am that person. Weekdays during regular business hours, I telecommute to a child-focused nonprofit job I've had for more than four years. Working virtually gives me the opportunity to work from anywhere in the US, as long as I can get online. Since I earn a living wherever I want, I am especially interested in house-sitting in areas of the country outside of the NYC-metropolitan area, where I own my apartment.
