House Sitter in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California

I am looking for a long term (6-12 month) house sitting/estate maintaining job in the Carmel/Montery/Santa Cruz area. I am taking a position with a bank in early Marvh of 2018 in that area and would like to get to know the area before I purchase a house. I am a current home owner, in the same house for 19 years. I raised 2 children as a single parent with a full time job and I am extremely competent to run and care for a household. I can provide excellent character references and have no criminal history and excellent credit. I am a runner/triathlete/cyclist and love all ocean activities. I'm a solid, honest person and would take excellent care of your property.
