House Sitter in Walnut Creek, California

Hello, My name is Spencer Marona (38 years old) and I recently relocated to Walnut Creek to open an office for an investment real estate firm. I also own a leadership development and sales training company. I grew up in Moraga until high school, so it's great to be home. I have a wife and four children, but they will not be moving from Seattle until the end of the summer and we plan to purchase a home at that time. (Please note my family will not be house sitting with me, but I wanted to include the picture of us anyway :) If you have a trip planned in the future for any length of time and would feel more comfortable knowing someone was staying at your home (in the evenings b/c I work during the day) then let’s talk. Also, I can assure you that you will not find a lower daily rate than what I am willing to offer, which we can discuss further if you are interested after reading below. Currently, I am living with my parents in Rossmoor who are the best, but it's nice to get a break on occasion and I know they would agree. It didn't make sense for me to do a 5-month lease since I can stay with them until my family relocates. I'd be happy to assist with taking care of any pets (I will be at work during the day), mail, garbage/recycling, keeping the house secure and water any plants. I grew up with dogs and we have two cats in Seattle. I don’t drink or smoke, I'm quiet and I wouldn't invite any guests over.
