You've found your HouseSitter!! Here's a little about me.... I'm a native so cal gal, just turned 53, proud Mom of 26yr old med-school daughter, retired flight attendant and an established professional designer. We moved back to California ('06) and rented out our house in Denver. For 10 years, I traveled often to Colorado for (and hands on with most) interior/exterior upkeep/repairs, showings, listings, tenant interviews and all things homeowner/landlord related. The TLC and pride of homeownership paid off when (Sep 2015) our immaculate house sold in 24hrs! From 2013-201..., I solely managed a Hermosa Beach vacation rental duplex, including: reservations (VRBO), routine maintenance, paint touch-ups, deep cleaning, staging, housekeeping, landscaping, shopping/restocking amenities; etc. Customer service is my thing. I was personally onsite for every guest check-in and check-out departure. Practically being on call 24/7 for 3 years, was like operating one's personal B and B.... I loved it! I'm respectful, honest and I take care of a place as it were my own. I'm very neat, clean, dependable, flexible, pay extra-special attention to detail, darn handy with tools and not afraid to get my hands dirty!
