What can I tell you about Kelly that many don't already know? She is one of very few that I have encountered thru life to be exactly whom she says and demonstrates. I trusted her the moment we met. I've never had an issue while away and if something did occur I knew that she would handle it appropriately or make the necessary calls for a second opinion if I was unreachable. One year I vacationed over seas for my birthday, when I arrived home, tired and cranky, she surprised me by decorating my bedroom (tastefully) with balloons and bright decor (as if she knew I was going to be a grump). She had my favorite cake, cooked my favorite dish and proceeded to claim the guest room so she could care for my 2 dogs overnight so not to add to my growing exhaustion. I was so taken back by her efforts, the fact that she took time to know me well enough to know it would be alright to do something of that magnitude and to give me the gift of restful sleep, comfort food and to not charge me for the extra night on top of that was astounding. She is impeccable with her knowledge, makes the job personal so she can do things the way her customers would, honest, trustworthy, skilled, funny and shining star in my book! Yes I am biased but she's earned that opinion all on her own. I would highly recommend Kelly for whatever assignment you may have and I'm certain that you will be just as grateful as myself that you did.
