House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

My name is Clarissa and I will be attending the University of Southern California in the fall of 2017 for graduate school. I am currently house sitting in the Midwest, where I currently reside, and am collecting mail, watering plants, taking out trash/recycling, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining the general upkeep of a 100 year-old-house while the owners are in Europe for a month. I will be moving to LA in a few weeks and would ideally exchange for housing while you are away; though I'm open to almost any arrangement. I am neat and like to spend time out and about - ideal for housing arrangements and keeping the place cleanly while still having a live-in keeper for peace of mind. I'm open to care for any kind of living space. I am very trustworthy, reliable, honest, respectful, responsible, and have deep convictions in holding myself accountable in all aspects. Having animals is a bonus and I would honestly prefer if you do have little companions (again, open to any type of creature). We will also get along well if you have a propensity for dry, sarcastic, dark humor; or conversely, puns. I look forward to hearing from you.
