I've been house sitting for over 20 years and really love what I do. I simply love caring for someone's house, treating it as if it were my very own. Im a solitary respectful, clean, quiet, drug free, alcohol free, without small children... they are all grown up, and I don't date anymore or have visitors. Upon my departure, at the end of my tenure, i leave your property in the same, if not better condition as when I arrived. I learned many years ago, an empty, unwatched home is an open invitation to unsavory individuals, who do not care about your home, and only care about what can they take for profit. Why risk it?! I'm willing to meet in person, so we can get acquainted, discuss your exact needs, the dates you need your precious home cared for in your absence. Also included with my house sitting service is yard maintenance, mail brought it, watering indoor/outdoor plants, lite house keeping, pet sitting, (if selling your home) I'm willing to be available to show your home to potential buyers when needed. Unlike most people, if you tell me not to go into a room, I wont because I'm not a nosey person. Willing to travel to any destination and more than willing to being watched by security monitors within your home. Don't take the chance of having your property vandalized.
