Trim shrubs. Readied rentals for rent. Home readied for sale. Cleaned and repaired foreclosures. I can patch holes in walls lay tile. Replace broken windows. .theres not much to readying a place in short time. What I ask is a house with utilities. To live in for an agreed amount of time.
