Hi, my name is Andrew Fairbanks and I am a Western North Carolina local; born and raised in and around Asheville, North Carolina. I am a student at Asheville-Buncombe Community Technical College and I am looking for housesitting opportunities in and around the Asheville area. I have several previous housesitting experience with friends of the family and am looking to branch out my network to allow me to make extra income during my academic career! I am an animal fanatic, and I have no animal allergies, so if you have a furry little friend that needs to be taken care of while you are out of town, it would be my pleasure to do so! I am open to scheduled requests as well, for example; if you want your dog to be walked at 8 a.m., your cats to be fed at 9 a.m., your guinea pig to be shown affection at 9:30 a.m., etc... Just let me know and I will get it done with punctuality! As an environmentally oriented individual and one who values keeping things tidy, I will keep your place of residence to the highest level of cleanliness possible, awaiting your return from travels! There is nothing quite like a long vacation full of R&R in order to renew your spirits and experience life in different ways. But if you are the worrying kind of person, a vacation can be ruined by the fear of something going wrong at home while you are away. I intend to be an individual who can be entrusted enough with the responsibilities of maintaining my client's homes while they are away. I understand that handing over the keys to your very livelihood to a complete stranger can be a very scary thing to do, so if desired, I would be more than willing to meet with clients beforehand in order to introduce myself, get to know your expectations and lift some of that anxiety. If you are planning a long vacation, or just a weekend getaway, I am available to house-sit every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following day due to college classes.
