Services And Training: I am happy to help with plant watering or light yard work, mail collecting, and snow clearing. I am more than willing to do a little light house work while you are gone (Vacuum & Dust). I have experience working with all types of animals & will be delighted to take care of your fur babies. I also have reliable personal transportation available. When it comes to my experience, I have extensive prior history in the role. I have a degree in Criminology/Industrial Security. I am careful to vary the times of day I arrive at the house - I will always investigate and follow up with local and county law enforcement if any suspicious activities are observed. And, since I am your neighbor, I like to drive by and do quick visual security sweeps of the property when I am out and about. I will bring in the paper and the mail and ensure that all Automatic light timers are functional & changed to different on/off times daily. I have a great relationship with the local police departments. I am a life long practitioner of Aikido & not at all afraid of dealing with unwanted prowlers.
