House Sitter in Havelock, North Carolina

I am currently enrolled at the Carteret Community College preparing for the NC Board of Health to obtain a Nursing Assistant License. I will be graduating on November 15, 2018. I attend classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Carteret Community College was closed due to Hurricane Florence, and the projected date to reopen is slated for October 3, 2018. A new graduation date has not been determined. I am very good at house sitting and pet care. I require all assignments duties and details to be in a typed, agreement. that everyone is satisfied I also would like to have a list of contacts like your friendly neighbor,s close relatives and other numbers you decide I might need such as the veterinarian or hotel room number, and others. I insist that your home is reasonably clean and not have any foul odors. The trash and recyclables must not be in the house and taken out already. Do not expect me to be your maid for free. That will cost you $140.00 depending on the condition and how unsanitary I insist that aggressive dogs be restrained. Any deep bites or scratches by your pets whether intentionally or not intentionally the cost of medical care is your burden. I require that you provide me with proof that your dog got a rabies shot and temper shot. I will not be responsible for any damages caused by your pet(s), pooping and urinating on the carpet, damage to draperies, chewing or urinating on furniture. Please let me know if your pet has these habits, so I can prevent them. Pet care includes walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and soothing your pet.
