But really any home within reasonable driving distance of a ski mountain. I am committed to being a knowledgeable employee. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs. Description of Skills: I will take care of plant watering, mail collecting, pet-sitting, bird feeding and any other necessary tasks. I have an all-wheel-drive winter-ready SUV. I have previous experience in Colorado mountain areas and can provide references. I'm also a residential Architect and property manager. I can provide evaluation, design, and construction/ maintenance services. I can assess and measure homes and produce As-Built floor plans, elevations, or any other Architectural drawings and designs for future remodels or additions. I have connections with Colorado property managers, local trades-people and repair professionals. I have property managed 25,000 sq. ft. office buildings, single-family homes, and condos. I have my own tools and can handle many repairs and maintenance tasks on my own. Pay is highly flexible. Having lodging in the mountains is really all the pay I need unless some enormous amount of labor becomes necessary. I love pets of all type. I will attend to the care and needs of animals exactly as required and enjoy my time with any pets. Finally, I am respectful of people's homes, and belongings.
