I don't take job assignments longer than 3 days only if you allow me to leave your home for a period of up to 48 hours to take care of my life's obligations if your house is not in a high crime area for example, but any sitting for 3 days or under I will not leave your home except to pick up your mail out of your mailbox or to take your trash or recyclables out on the assigned day or unless you give me a specific direction to follow like letting the telephone man or the gas man or the water man, etc onto the back yard of your home or to feed your pet outside in a safe manner because I don't like getting bit by dogs or scratched by cats. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing plant watering, lawn maintenance. I deter people from breaking in your home by my mere prescence and watching your tv so potential thieves will see and hear someone actively in your house. I will bring in your mail from your mailbox and will bring into your home any packages delivered to your home and will sign for any packages delivered at your home and if I see any roaches and ants in your house I will sweep and mop floor and try to get rid of roaches and ants if you have a problem. If I see any electrical problems or smell gas in your home I will call you. If I see any flies or ants or mosquitos in your home, I will try to get rid of them . I will assist any visitors that come to your home ... upon your instruction ... legally and accordingly, I will deal with any potential visitors to your home. I will unlock gates and answer the door for gas men, cablemen, and telephone men and give them access to your property. I will give your pet food and drink ...
