House Sitter in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida

Personal Profile: I hope you are having a good day! I'm searching for a house/pet sitting employment opportunity in the Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida area or will travel for the right opportunity. Especially in September when I plan to go home to California to visit friends and relatives in the L.A. area and N. County San Diego, then on to Hawaii. I would like to have a working vacation. I am a qualified, experienced, reliable hard working employee. I am flexible with my time and drive for Lyft as well. Services And Training: I did house/pet-sitting as a teenager and off and on upon requests from friends and relatives all my life. In 2008 I did it for a whole month straight while an acquaintance, now friend, Lili Noden, left the country, I took care of her home and dog, Tchitchou, in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Ca. When she came back I applied to volunteer in 2009 at Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas, Ca but they ended up giving me a paying job instead at their 'Day Care For Dogs' where a few of us would drive around town in vans on routes and pick up dogs at their homes and take them to the day care and play with them all day or just give them love, whatever they wanted, then clean them up if needed and take them home. There would be about 40 dogs of all shapes and sizes and about 4 of us. It was a fun job, I loved it! But they sold it, so I broke off on my own because I got laid off and some of the clients didn't want to go with the new people. I did Hart's Pet sitting in California until 2016 when my daughter had my grandson in Florida. I wanted to be close to them so I had to say good-bye to my pack and start a new one in Florida. It was hard to leave them, but I just had to be with my grandson and family. I have a lot of experience with house/pet-sitting and am a home owner myself. I have a pool for them to swim in and a fenced grassy yard all the way around my house. I remodeled it to be pet and kid friendly with vinyl laminate floors and even vinyl furniture for easy clean up. I have cared for all types of dogs, and cats, small and large birds, iguana, horses, and cattle. I have some experience training pets including dog surfing, swimming, and how to use a doggy door. I do boarding, house sitting, dog walking, drop-ins, overnights and day care as well. Sometimes I also drive for Lyft in my 2016 Grand Cherokee Jeep.
