I am a single 74 year old retired Gym rat who loves to workout. I have lived in the Carlsbad-Vista area since 1980. I have owned two homes in the past and know what it takes to maintain them. I am also blessed with 7 grandchildren four of which live here in Carlsbad. I have no physical handicaps and do not smoke. My background has always been in customer service and sales since my graduation from Cal State Fullerton. I belong to North Coast Church here in Carlsbad. I love animals of any sort and have experience in their care since my son has five animals that I sit on a regular basis.
