House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

I have two years total experience house sitting. I am very trustworthy, and can provide references from past clients. While house sitting, I have watered plants, watered lawns, taken in the mail, and stayed overnight for security. I can do any other needed chores. I have three years experience pet sitting, including taking care of cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, lizards, and ferrets. I am comfortable with animals - talking to them, grooming a little, taking dogs out for walks, and some training if wanted. My rates start at $10 a visit for chores, and go to $20 an hour for dogs that need walking. I overnight house/pet sit for $15 a night, but all rates are negotiable based on duties, location, and time frame. I am a responsible screenwriter and reader in Los Angeles.
