Managed and maintenance for 30 plus years for 2 sets of duplexes (8 unit each) and a 9 unit apartment building. Very trustworthy, can keep my eyes open for any possible maintenance problems that come up and able to notify you if any arrise. Collected and deposited rents for owners. Coordinated with plumbers, electricians when needed. Designed and maintenance landscaping for apartment bldg. Love animals, I have a pure breed German Shepard now, but I have had mixed and pure breed dogs of various sizes always. I am available to stay on property or visit multiple times daily, depending on owners needs. I do have obligations to my wife, to drive her to doctor appointments and stores, when needed.
