House Sitter Job in New Haven, Connecticut

Hello: My husband and I are looking to spend several months away this coming winter. Timing is a little flexible but generally Jan-May, which would coincide nicely with anyone looking for housing for a semester. Upstairs apt is a 2bdrm/1ba unit with all amenities including solar electric, remodeled kitchen & bath, and internet. Looking for a single or couple to rent at a reduced rate in exchange for: - general oversight of property, including coordinating with our property care guy to make sure driveway is plowed in winter for downstairs tenant; - responding to any minor house needs for existing unit or downstairs tenant; -taking care of our lovely 10yr old cat, Jade; Perfect person would be a responsible adult having a general awareness of staying on top of house items so they don't become crises.
