Looking to experience nearby communities; providing me an opportunity to find a good fit for my next residence.   Personal Profile:   I am a single mature business professional that enjoys my chosen profession, as a surgical specialist, for Johnson & Johnson. My job responsibilities are focused in Medical Orthopedic sales and application. I am responsible for and run the total joint reconstruction department for Kaiser Irvine. I’m passionate about my career and my effort/hard work emulates that passion. The demand for organization and cleanliness that is required in a hospital setting carries over to my personal everyday organizational needs and hygiene as well.   In my personal life I strive to be well rounded and have a life balance that rewards consistency. I grew up on a seven acre avocado farm in De Luz where my parents still reside. Over the last five years I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Newport Beach. I’ve been a resident on Balboa Peninsula and love to utilize Newport Harbor along with the Ocean to enjoy my interests. In my spare time I enjoy time on my 46’ Hatteras sport fishing yacht and fish up and down the coast of California.   My goal is to get settled by the end of July as my current lease expires at that time. My long term goal is to purchase a home in Orange County having grown out of the peninsula life style. I am excited to explore different communities as I determine where my next residence will be. I’m very responsible and would be someone who you can trust looking after your home while your away. Knowing anything can happen in a home I’m very handy and can troubleshoot and fix a variety of issues that could spring up around the house, anything from sprinkler heads to circuit breakers and of course taking care of your pets.
