Nice to meet you! My name is Leila. I'm searching for a house sitting job in the Okanagan region..... anywhere in Southern interior to coastal areas of BC, I'm planning to apply my previous experience as a House Sitter, home owner and vacation rental operator and I can alter my schedule to meet your needs. Live in or drop in service is available in Okanagan region or live in service elsewhere and I am available short or long term to care for your property and/or pets. Description of Skills: I will take care of your property, pet and animal care, mail service, cleaning or light yard care. I also have my own vehicle and can take care of any light errands. I have previous experience as multi unit cottage rental owner/operator in the Kootenays, I have also lived remotely as well as in an urban setting. As a former home owner and business manager, I know the importance of caring for a property and the attention that is required in maintaining a home. I have also operated a pet sitting service and have taken care of multiple pets at the same time, including introducing new animals. I also have previous experience working on a horse ranch and a hobby farm with ponies, donkeys, chickens and gardens. I also have worked in landscaping, gardening and have cared for a small personal orchard. I am a mature, non-smoking, responsible female who enjoys meeting new people and finding inspiration through new experiences and varied landscapes. I have travelled extensively and I currently am working on writing a new book, literally. I do have a medium size, older, dog, she gets along very well with other animals and has lived on a hobby farm, ranch and urban areas. She is experienced living with other animals and gets along well with them, including sharing her space with other dogs and cats her entire life.
