Hi ... my name is Cyndi and I've recently moved back to California after living in Kentucky for 17 years. So happy to be back ! I have settled in Laguna Niguel but will be happy to house-sit in the surrounding areas. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and understand the stress that can be involved when leaving your home empty for any length of time. I can help ease your mind knowing that your home will be in good hands. Some people just want their house checked on and some people have a laundry list of things that need taken care of in their absence. I believe it is important to discuss what is important to YOU ... the homeowner so I can cover all the basis. I have a green thumb so I can water plants, don't mind coordinating with your housekeepers, gardeners, etc.. I can feed and walk your pets or coordinate with you boarding facility to drop them off and have them home when you return.
