I am an upbeat, 60 year old female, personable individual, non-smoker, drug-free, tool savvy with effective communication and work skills/ ethic. What I don't know I learn: I recently built a tiny house on wheels and its for sale. I have renovated 4 homes. The latest revivals are a 100 year old adobe in Arizona (which I just sold), and a 1920’s fisherman cottage in Washington. Renovations included structural applications, building an addition, upgraded and ran my own electrical, some plumbing, refurbished wood floors, wall treatments, drywall, new door and window installation, installed trim interior and exterior, installed new fixtures (bathtub, sinks, cabinets, lighting) exterior shakes, painting, roofing and landscaping. I have taken several workshops in renewable energy, natural home building, and permaculture.
