House Sitter in Seattle, Washington

My name is Chelsea and my husband is Dave. We lived in Seattle for many years and now we live in the Dominican Republic for Dave’s teaching job. I still work, remotely, for an architecture firm in Seattle. I like to return to Seattle every summer to work in the office, while Dave likes to visit our friends in the area. We are looking for a house sitting arrangement for summer 2021. We love pets (we have 2 cats- not traveling with us) and plants (we have over 100 plants at home) and quirky houses (our home in the DR dates from the 1500’s and is in a UNESCO world heritage site!). We are hoping for a mutually beneficial arrangement- finding a home base for us while in Seattle while giving you the piece of mind that your home and pets are well cared for while you are traveling! To that end, we are looking for, ideally, a month-long position, or longer. Two weeks minimum. Flexible availability June-July 2021. Ideal location would be in Seattle with public transit access to Fremont, where my office is. Though we may be able to borrow bicycles from friends! We will not have a car.
