I am the Restorative Justice Coordinator and dean for a local school district. I have been separated for 6 years and I have been renting a beach house close to Half Moon Bay. I still am partial owner of our house in San Bruno but I do not want to move back in and want to keep this house in my pocket so to speak. I am looking forward to house sitting/taking care of a home and saving money for retirement.
