Personal Profile: Nice to meet you! My name is Jace Brehm. Born in New York City, educated at U.C. Berkeley and Electronic Engineer career in Silicon Valley. I am a retired Systems Engineer and have owned houses and been a Landlord in California, San Francisco Bay Area. Moving to Las Vegas to be close to one of my sons - who has been here for over 10 years. I am studying for Nevada Real Estate License and will work in Property Management and small to medium commercial property Project Management. The house sitting opportunity will give me a chance to get to know Las Vegas, meet some interesting people and live a quiet, economical life until I am established in my new career. My intention is to take care of your property while you are away - as a former homeowner and landlord - I know how to take care of property. I am not a domestic house cleaner, gardener, or pet specialist. But, I can handle mail and packages that come to the house, trash & recycling, water plants, feed & clean up after well-behaved animals, communicate with you on a regular basis, etc. As a lifelong Engineer, I am honest, high integrity, and I deal with facts, clearly stated until everybody understands the same information. I am looking for in-house house sitting, not drive up house chores and pet care. I have a place to stay with my son between house sitting assignments.
