In exchange for a place to stay I'm available to look after your condo, home or T.H. in Greater Victoria, starting in mid-October, 2019 throughout 2020. Trustworthy and responsible I have years of experience as a homeowner and a landlord in Toronto and Hamilton. (Once I sell my property in Hamilton my plan is to relocate to Victoria.) Description of Services: As a 'live-in' sitter I will take exceptional care of your home, condo or T.H. while you are away on sabbatical or traveling. I will look after whatever you need doing - your plants, pets, daily cleaning, maintenance, trash removal, mail collecting, yard work, and snow clearing (if needed.)
