House Sitter in Houston, Texas

I have been a Lutheran pastor for more than 20 years. I'm currently serving as Pastor at Large at Hope Lutheran Church in Hollywood. CA. I live in Houston, Texas and I go back to Hope yearly. I have an annual Barbeque fund raiser that will celebrate 30 years this summer. I love working and being engaged in something that is either interesting or challenging. I would enjoy the position that you have advertised because it fits me. The singleness of it attracts me. It is something that I can do that will be a great service to you and a benefit to me. I've raised 2 children alone and they are accomplishing their dreams. My son is a personal trainer and body builder. I got him his first set of weights at 12 and a membership at Gold's Gym. He is now 44 and has a solid career as a trainer. My daughter is 42 and she graduated from Mills College in Oakland, CA. With a Masters Degree and a PHD in Education. I highlight them because my leadership has inspired them to be great. However, I take no credit for their accomplishments. It was solely their efforts., I have also authored 2 books. One in 1974 and the other in 2011. "For Blacks Only" was the first offering. "Coming Full Circle" was the second one. I have published two newspapers. One in Houston, "The Phoenix News" and one in Los Angeles called L.A.'s Potpourri. I went to Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary from 1992-199... when I graduated. I was called to a church in Dallas in October 1998. I served in Dallas 10 years and returned to Houston in 2008. I receive Social Security and I work when I find something I like.
