I am highly motivated, have excellent listening skills and have the ability to stay calm and communicate effectively with others. I enjoy interacting with clients and will go above and beyond to ensure the client will have a positive experience, while providing the information they need. I insist on creating a safe environment in which the client can be open and willing to share and insist on setting my expectations the very first minute we meet. Allowing the client to not only be aware of my expectations it is equally as important for me to understand theirs. I prefer to create a connection with the client where we are a “team” rather than feeling as I am superior to them. I feel that I can provide an environment that the client will feel safe to speak openly. Clients will be able to connect with me because I can truly relate to what they are feeling, their fears, their hopes and their desires. I also have the knowledge to infer when a client may not be sharing the whole truth and can work through the obstacles this disease might create to stop the healing process. I believe communication, trust and honesty are vital to any relationship. I work hard to build my relationships with the clients I will serve to ensure their ability to be as open and honest as they need to be. I expect to be able to give them safe to environment to do so.
