House Sitter in Moreno Valley, California

About Me: Hey my name is Adam. I am seeking a house and pet sitter employment opportunity in Moreno Valley, California. I was employed under one particular couple for a few years straight whenever they needed, but they unfortunately passed away during the pandemic. I am searching for a similar role as I continue my college education online. Being solely online this Fall semester (2022), I have quite a flexible schedule and use a laptop, so I am even available for overnight stays if necessary or requested. Description of Skills: I will take care of property watching, lawn maintenance, and pet care. I don't have personal experience training pets, but I am more than capable with keeping up with a certain schedule or practice if given a heads up or directions. I have pets of my own and know the importance of keeping up with training commands and actions, as well as social interaction and schedules (my dog demands to be let out by 8 am, so I understand). If requested, I have no issue walking dogs as long as they are not aggressive to me or other animals we might encounter while out. I am completely familiar and proficient with cleaning up after cats and dogs, but have not had experience with other animals, with the exception of feeding birds. I always make sure to clean up the general living area before leaving the house, hopefully letting you come home to a house cleaner than you left it. I also have years of experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping, but anything outside of plant watering and possibly lawn mowing should be discussed prior to making an appointment as it may fall outside what I see as temporary maintenance. I am also not available for snowy or icy areas as my transportation is not capable of traveling through those areas safely. Booking An Appointment: You are more than welcome to call and text me. I live in an area where my service can be spotty, so don't hesitate to call and leave a message as well and shoot me a text in case I don't immediately receive one or the other. I respond ASAP, and typically have my phone with me throughout the whole day. (I don't mind multiple texts or a couple extra phones calls, spread out of course. I understand sometimes finding a sitter could be last minute. Just make sure to leave a voice message if I don't answer, so I know who is calling and why.)
