Best of all, they were clearly calm and well-adjusted while I was away. How do I know? Heidi sends photos and videos every day! It's so re-assuring. My one dog also has issues about eating (needs to be spoon fed); Heidi did it without hesitation and, what is even more amazing, he ate with her. He has such anxiety issues, but not with Heidi. You will find Heidi is reliable, follows directions to a T (we have a very specific diet and regimen for the dogs daily), and just makes them so happy and comfortable. Will I hire her again? You bet -I am having her come back to take care of them later this spring. I should add, too, that the house was in good order when I returned as well, so she not only treats the dogs with respect (and love), but also treats your house with respect.
