Hello, my name is Steven Gerard. I'm seeking house sitter work opportunities in Nashville, Tennessee. I am new to professional house sitting but am a mature and disciplined professional, and am willing to submit to any level of background checks and inquiry. I have looked after the homes of family and friends in many occasions and am currently staying with a WorkAway host here in Nashville. I can provide references.
Service Abilities:
I have experience with pool maintenance, pet and animal care, laundry and landscaping. I also am very handy and can do light repairs, woodwork and house painting. I have personal transportation available.

He happens to be a decent handy man and helped me with a number of household projects I had put off doing (he is a qualified architect which helps!)
