Personal Profile: Hello, my name is AJ. I'm interviewing for a house and petsitter job opportunity in south Littleton, Ken Caryl and the Castle Rock areas of Colorado. I am a skilled, honest person who is moving back to this area from Texas. As a homeowner, I know what it takes to house sit and/or petsit for families and companies. I want to be fully transparent, as I have some unusual circumstances. I am here with my children and their very small dog (housetrained and good with other animals) while my wife finishes her hospital contracts in Texas. In a way, you get 3 for the price of one! Services And Experience We Provide: We are happy to help with plant watering, pet and animal care, snow clearing, mail retrieval, and simple home repairs/upkeep and winterizing. I have personal transportation available here in Colorado. Additionally, I (we) have extensive prior history as a housesitter as we've helped many friends in Texas over the last 18 years, I'm a homeowner myself for over 20 years and prior to my marriage I often house/pet/apartment sat for families and friends. Last, as a property professional, I'm working on my Realestate Inspectors licence here in Colorado. My wife and I have been landlords several times in the past for our own properties.
