House Sitter in Nashua, New Hampshire

Hi there, my name is Sara. I'm looking for someone who needs their home looked after, preferably in the NH, MA, ME or VT area. I'm a quiet, courteous, respectful, clean-living homebody. I take pride in a clean house, my organizational skills, and my perennial garden. :) I've run my own house cleaning business in years past, and have a great deal of experience with housesitting, babysitting, petsitting and property management. Currently, I'm in need of a place to stay for a few months and would like to make a match if you have a place that needs tending. My only necessity (besides running water and heat) is internet, as I do work from home. Full disclosure: I'm going through a divorce and will have my children with me. They don't take up much space, and we're happy to bring our own air mattresses or sleeping bags. They are polite, respectful children who enjoy being outdoors most of the day, although they do run and yell when they're playing outside. If you have neighbors that would be bothered by that, we wouldn't be the right choice for you. If that's not an issue, then you should know they're also terrific at snow removal and acorn collection! ;-) When we're inside, they help me prepare meals, we clean, we homeschool, we draw and sew, and they spend quiet time with their iPads.
