Hello! I'm a semi-retired professional from Anchorage Alaska who wants to spend an extended time in the Sierra Vista area prior to buying a home in AZ. I'm single, a non-smoker, and am a handyman/builder. I've been a homeowner and rented homes in the past, once for over ten years, and left the homes better than they were when I moved in. Looking for a quiet place either in the city or rural areas. I visited the Sierra Vista 4 or 5 times last spring and think this is where I want to be as my snowbird location.
