Josh is a responsible and reliable caretaker who I trust to safeguard my home and care for my animals while I'm away. He follows instructions carefully and is great about asking questions and prompting me to clarify things I might have otherwise forgotten to mention. He usually leaves the place cleaner than when I left it and goes out of his way to do little things such as washing and folding laundry or leaving little notes from or about the cats that make it a delight to come home to. I highly recommend him.
