House Sitter in Oceanside, California

I am a young 50 year old mother of two children, two fur-babies, and a lizard. I have experience in animal care, mail collection, light housework, plant care, and taking out/bringing in trash bins for collection. My schedule is flexible and I am available for the Oceanside and surrounding areas. Thank you. Pet check-in's, Collect mail or packages, water plants inside and out. Light trash pick up, like if something from the street blow's on your property, take out/bring in trash cans. If something isn't listed, let me know. If possible I will accommodate your request. No use of special supplies, tools or methods- (aside from common sense and respect of property). Hours of availability are flexible and are determined by the schedule of my class, which usually meets intermittently in the mornings and once a month for an entire week. Any request would be subject to a review of my schedule before I accepted it. I'm usually able to meet clients' short-term, long-term, regular, and occasional needs. I am a responsible, reliable and mature mother and wife. I have experience in hospitality, customer service, and common sense. I am used to taking care of dogs, administering medication, and plant care if instructions are left. I am a rule follower, so you will feel confident that your instructions will be adhered to.
