I am familiar with the area and travel only around the east valley each week. I live in Gold Canyon.
I saw this opportunity online and thought I would be a great personal property manager since I do this for a living. I am familiar with vendors that can do emergency maintenance and have professional relationships with area handymen.
I am originally from the midwest and moved to the valley to be closer family.
