54 year old single female looking for a place to look after while I rent out my family home in the Hollywood Hills. As an empty-nester, I am available to ensure your house is cared for while you are away. I can walk your dogs, feed your cats and follow plant-watering instructions. My presence will ensure your house is not seen as empty by potential criminals. I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and an attorney with a masters degree in tax law. I have great references. Available from mid January 2020 until mid May 2020. Currently spending sometime in UK and sometime in LA, so I do not want to disturb my own tenants. I tend to work from home as much as possible, so there will be an obvious presence at your house while you are away, which should help deter break-ins. I like cats and well-behaved dogs.
